ABOUT OUR MEMBERSHIP

General

We try and ensure our websites are available for use 24 hours per day, 7 days per week other than for a small period for scheduled down time, however we do not warrant that at other time our websites will be available. We will not be liable for damages or refunds should our sites become unavailable or access to a site becomes slow or incomplete due to system back-up procedures, internet traffic volume, upgrades, overload of requests to the servers, general network failures or delays, or any other cause which may from time to time make the any of our websites inaccessible to you.

If your request for a membership/access rights is accepted, you will be responsible for your online account and password, restricting access to your computer and/or preventing unauthorized access to your account. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you believe that your account or password is being or is about to be used by anyone else you should inform us immediately ffp@freshfarmplus.com .

Each membership/access right is personal to the subscriber, and is non-transferable.

Membership Contract Formation

By clicking “Submit Order” when ordering online with details of your order, you are agreeing to receiving the products you requested, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
You will receive an email confirming your order has been placed and is being processed.

You will receive an order confirmation after submitting your order. Please note that we will not be responsible if you fail to receive the written confirmation due to incorrect information. Please ensure that your information is completed in full.

Weekly Order deadline

By Sunday 10pm. Any late orders are subject to a 5RMB late fee and FRESH FARM PLUS has the right not to process the order.

Weekly Announcement/Reminder

Members can receive weekly announcements and changes through our official WeChat Channel. Please go to www.freshfarmplus.com and Scan the QR Code labeled ‘ Follow Us on WeChat’

 

Membership Cancellation

You can cancel your membership within 5 days without giving any reason through Contact Us form. The cancellation period will expire after 5 days from the day of the confirmation of the membership purchase date. You also acknowledge that your legal right to cancel this contract as will be lost after the 5 day cancellation period.

Refunds

Circumstances such as crop failure, unable to deliver to users original address or other incidents outside of the control of Fresh Farm Plus, a user can obtain a proportionate refund for the unexpired part of your current membership.

Receipt

Requests for receipts ‘fapiao’ 发票 are subject to a 7% fee

Holding Fee

Users with remaining credit can retain their membership past the expiration date by ‘Holding’ a position. This holding fee is 25RMB per week

Membership Period

Membership for 4 deliveries must be used within a period of 3 months.

Product reimbursement

Fresh Farm Plus guarantees reimbursement of product if a customer has a product quality issue within 12 hours of receiving. The user must submit a photo of the product using the Contact Us page.
